這本書好看的地方，是它解決了我現正的問題。近年，處於中層的位置，有自己的下屬，時常領導團隊完成不同項目，當中，遇到不少管理上的問題。費格遜（Sir Alex Ferguson），一個傳奇教練，帶領曼聯奪取無數錦標，如聯賽冠軍和歐洲冠軍，管理上，必有一些竅門。

書名“Leading”簡單而扼要地說明書的重點，費格遜（Sir Alex Ferguson）以自身經驗告訴我何為leadership。

我時常問自己怎麼可以有效管理自己的團體？

費Sir說，領袖是帶領團隊去完成不可能的任務！
